This is where ex-WSPS students meet up with old schoolmates & have fun together through working on projects aimed at helping the school(:
& of course, our superb events held by the Alumni Committee themselves :D

The respective subcommittees are:
Functions:
•Plans venue, date, time & other details of events.
•In charge of decoration of venue (if needed)
•Comes up with ideas for genre of events.
•In charge of backstage & AVA.
If you are good at managing sound systems,lighting, or a wonderful decorator, join us!
Welfare:
•Attends to the Alumni’s needs
•In charge of answering emails.
•In charge of bonding (e.g. birthdays, camps)
•Plans for Exco Initiation Camp
• Enlists people to help out in WSPS events & CCAs.
If you are VERY enthusiastic, often online & have a lot of contacts, join us!
Publicity:
•Publicises Alumni Events in the form of posters, videos, emails, & other means.
•Draws, paints, creates publicizing material.
•In charge of posting on the Alumni blog.
•Comes up with fresh ideas for publicity.
If you are creative,a photo editing expert or an artist, join us!
Enterprise:
•In charge of fund-raising.
•In charge of stalls.
•In charge of selling items at events.
•Comes up with methods to lower cost & maximise benefits.
•In charge of Sec 1 Registration.
If you have ideas on how to raise funds, love talking, or good at selling stuff, join us!
Also, I am in need of a videographer & photographer :D
Do ensure that you have sufficient time before joining us, because we are looking for quality, not quantity. If you are not able to attend meetings & events most of the time, please reconsider joining us. But if you really have the passion for WSPS, go ahead!

Anniversary •
okay apparently there's been some rumours going around,that letters will be given to those who skip school on the 8th of August.
NO SUCH THING, i repeat,
NO SUCH THING.
if you thought there was something like this please read this post again.
there will be NO excuse letters issued to people who skip school to attend the Anniversary on the 8th of August.
ONLY volunteers whose names are in our volunteer list (which means those that have sent an email under the title "VOLUNTEER" to wspsalumni@gmail.com) will receive the excuse letters.
& the excuse letters will not be given to the volunteers themselves,but sent directly to their schools, so there is no need to ask us for a letter.
In case you dont know if you are a volunteer,emails will be sent to you to confirm your names by Sunday latest.so if you havent received the email by Sunday,it means that you are not in our volunteer list.you will NOT be given any excuse to skip school then.
tickets can be bought on the day itself,for the games & food stalls.

as for people who have sent the email & are not sure if they are volunteers,we will send an email latest by sunday to tell you,so continue checking your emails alright [:
